As a member of Secure Sentinel, you can protect your valuables and have access to a range of services, all in one package:
- Financial cards
We’ll immediately arrange to cancel and re-order your lost or stolen credit, debit, and ATM cards. We also provide labels for your cards that may help deter fraud and assist you getting them back if they are lost. You are covered against further fraudulent use from the time you call us.
- Mobile phones
In the event your mobile phone is lost or stolen, we will arrange for your mobile phone to be blocked so that no calls can be made from it. We also provide labels for your phone that may help deter fraud and assist you getting your phone back if it is lost. You are covered against further fraudulent use from the time you call us.
- Luggage
We provide tags for you to place on your luggage that will alert airport baggage handlers, hotel staff, and taxi drivers around the world to contact us immediately if you lose your bags.
- Passports
We’ll arrange cancellation of your missing Australian passport and provide you with the contact details of the nearest Australian Embassy to organise a replacement if you're overseas.
Our reputation means we are the only non-government organisation trusted to deal with Australian passports. We'll also send you a reminder to renew 8 months before your passport expires. - Emergency Cash
If needed and you qualify, we’ll quickly get a A$1,000 emergency cash advance to you via Western Union, wherever you are in the world, so you can continue to enjoy your holiday in the event of a loss or theft.
- Keys
Coded key tags are provided, so if you lose your keys or car central locking remote, anyone who finds them can contact us or post them back to us free of charge. Your home address is never displayed.
- Other Important Documents and Valuables
Register the details of all your important documents, such as your driver’s licence, plus the serial numbers of your valuables. We’ll keep the information safe until you need it for a police or insurance report. We'll also provide labels for your valuables that can help prevent theft and assist in their retrieval if lost.
- Change of Address
We’ll notify participating service providers of your change of address.
- Tags & Labels
We will provide you with fraud deterrent labels to affix to your valuables to help deter fraudulent use and for easy retrieval if they are found.
