You can phone details of lost or stolen credit cards or mobile phones to our operations centre 24 hours a day 365 days a year. Last year 99.8% of telephone calls to Secure Sentinel reporting a loss were answered within 20 seconds. In all cases, we confirm these transactions in writing.

Members can update their details by phone, fax or mail. From overseas, members can direct-dial to Secure Sentinel from most major countries or make a reverse-charge call using the international operator. Generally, overseas operators will assist the member in making a reverse charge call. Calls are directed to a dedicated 24 hour Customer Service Centre that exclusively caters to Secure Sentinel members.
